Please help !

Okay so like a little over 3 months ago I got put on nexplanon because my period was horrible . So being on nexplanon I stayed on my period for way to long to the point where my gyno put me on pills at the same time hoping it would stop it. Well it didn’t stop even taking a month and a half of the pills too. So my doctor decided It would be best to take the nexplanon out and just be on pills. Sense I was losing way to much blood. And I had blood work done which I was border line anemic. So I’ve been on the pills and I started throwing up so my mom made me stop taking them which I was perfectly fine with. Well now it’s been a little less then a week from stoping them. And my period is AWFUL. I’m clotting bad and I have to change my tampon every hour or so and the toilet is filled with blood. My mom called my doctor and he said that I can either double the pills take twice a day which will make me really sick or start it just once a day again which probably won’t do anything. I’ve been on my period over 95 days and idk what to do. And he also said I could go to the er. Has anyone had a similar situation?!?!
