Just wanted to know because I know a lot of people like to sleep commando and I like to too!!

I don’t wear panties to bed cause I think that my vagina should be able to breathe. The only time I do wear panties is if I’m on my period. It’s actually healthier to not wear them but it’s totally up to the person. I either wear a tank top or t-shirt.

I sleep naked unless, when I'm on my period it's really heavy. I use tampons so that benefits me a lot. I hate sleeping in clothes because they wrap around me and wake me up at night.
