I don’t know my body well enough to tell when i have ovulated so our plan has been to have sex every day during the week glow tells me i should be ovulating. However a friend of mine said it isn’t good to have sex every day since men’s sperm do not usually recoup that fast. I have had a lot of discharge the past 2 days so i am thinking that i am with in my ovulation window but now i am not sure what day to have sex. Is it bad to have sex every day for a few days to make sure his sperm find my egg?
