I have green eyes as well! I feel golden and neutral colors suit my green eyes and pale skin the most. Instead of putting black eyeliner on the lower lid, a cool trick to make your eyes look bigger is using either a baby pink or white eyeliner. It makes my eyes pop with some nice eyeshadow and I think it would look great on you too! Because of our light features (hair, skin, and eyes) it’s best to avoid dark eyeshadow
