When will LO start sleeping longer??

I see so many people posting that their babies sleep 5+ hour stretches at night, but my almost 7 week son has pretty routinely been sleeping 3 hours, then 2, then 1 regardless of when I put him down at night. I've also tried giving a bottle (expressed milk as EBF) and nursing to see if he wants more food and that doesn't make a difference either. He goes back to sleep pretty easily throughout the night, though seems to get bad gas around 4-5am every day and grunts and whines until he officially gets up around 7. I know every baby is different but I'm just so jealous!
