I also have antibodies, i have 4 of them and i am sensitized. I am A- blood type. My blood crossed over back in 98 from placenta abruption. I have had blood transfusions as well in the past but the baby wrnt into heart failure and didnt make it. She was positive blood type. I habe had multiple pregnancies. My first couple didnt run into major problems. I am pregnant right now and the baby is negative blood type but i still half to go in every 2 weeks for dopplers at the high risk clinic. This baby is my last.
Antibodies C & D?
I'm high risk due to me being O- blood type and with my last pregnancy 7 years ago my doctor had to do an emergency C-section and i had to get some blood transfusions and the blood wasn't O- but the blood ended up giving me the antibodies C & D and now I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I have to have intense ultrasounds once a week from my high risk doctor to check the blood flow in my little babys brain. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
