Breaking point
Okay so I know I’ll probably sound like every single girl ever but I’ve hit my breaking point in my weight gain. I’ve always been bigger so to say but over the last year I’ve gained over 30 pounds. I’ve tried Keto diet, other diets, metabolism vitamins and just working out but it’s like I can’t shed these pounds for anything....
Anybody have any ideas or solutions? I don’t want to buy meal plans or expensive diet pills but any home remedies or work out programs?
