Twins via IVF

So, we are just about 9 weeks pregnant with di/di twins via IVF. I have been feeling awful daily from about 5 weeks through the past few days

Yesterday and even today I woke up feeling ok, and not terrible like I normally do. My symptoms seem to have subsided, but my ultrasound is Wednesday.

Any one else have symptoms come and go and be completely fine? My fertility doctor doesnt seem concerned, but clearly I'm freaking.
