Breastfeeding.. bottlefeeding

I am exclusively breast feeding my LO and he is fine with it although we have some latch problems but we are managing ok.. now i want to introduce bottle feeding.. the plan is to feed the express the breast milk prior to feeding and give him via bottle because i will be joining my office by mid February and i want to make sure he is fine with bottle as well.. i have an 2 year old daughter with whom I breastfed exclusively for 4 months and when i was about to join office she refused the bottle and she used to stay hungry the whole time i was in office just an ounce whenever she used to get really hungry it effected her weight gain and i had to take 2 month additional unpaid leave which was of no use because i was unable to give her bottle but by then i was giving her solids so i was a bit satisfied that she will eat something if she wont finish her bottle... I don’t want to go through the same... so I request you all to give me ideas about how to introduce the bottle... what is the most effective ways.. he sucks his own thumb but doesn’t take a pacifier it seems as if he doesn’t know what to do with it.. i read it somewhere that sucking a breast requires different motion of the tongue as compared to the bottle that’s why babies refuse to take the bottle filled with the breast milk help please
