I peed my pants???

So I’m 20 years old, healthy I believe. Not pregnant (as far as I know anyways). I sneezed and felt a bit of a dribble and so I went to pee. Then 5 seconds later I’m standing in my kitchen and I sneeze again and full blown pee my pants. What is happening??

Peeing when you sneeze or cough is stress incontinence. You should see a GYN if it becomes a regular thing; there can be a few causes and there are treatments like pelvic floor rehab, medication, or surgery (for extreme cases - usually done in menopausal women). Make sure you’re doing your kegels!

My doctor said is is a sign of a weak pelvic floor, and kegels can help the process

I’ve done that since I was 10 it happens just make sure you’re going every time you feel the urge
