What are my chances?

Question

I had my first viability scan yesterday after my first IVF cycle. It showed a 18mm sac with no yolk or embryo. I was supposed to be about 7w6d in. They have recommended that I have another scan in 10-14 days. But the nurse pretty much told me that it does not look good at this stage. So I'm feeling very down right now.

don’t give up hope have the 2nd scan first... maybe you earlier then you think my RE did an ultrasound at 6 weeks and he said that he didn’t like to do one until you 8 weeks to make sure that you can see and hear so just relax mama

This was 7 weeks 2 days with IVF baby. I had never been pregnant before so I’m not sure if what your talking about is going to be okay. Do you have frozen embryos now?
