Postpartum Belly Band
Has anyone here used a postpartum belly band/girdle?
I’ve seen great reviews about helping get everything back where it’s supposed to go... but I’m going to be honest, I know myself and I won’t wear it if it’s incredibly restrictive and uncomfortable. Is it?
Wondering if it’s worth getting one. Thanks!
