Sick 6 month old sleeping a ton

Baby girl turned 6 months today. Has a cold type thing, fever 102 last night. 100.8 today during the day. Congested, mild cough & runny nose. She is sleeping A LOT. Like the better part of the daytime today. I get it, she’s sick and I like to sleep when sick too. Not overly worried just wondering if there is a point I should be worried? And overall things I should keep an eye out for? This is her first time being sick and I’m a first timer. Thanks in advance
