lack of focus / concentration, help?
i find it so hard to concentrate while touching myself.. i just started doing it and im almost 15, but when i do it, i can focus. i play porn and stuff but my mind always wonders and i get turned off and just feel embarrassed at what i was doing.. any ways i can concentrate better / focus more? does anyone else have this problem?
