Second miscarriage this year. Started bleeding lightly last night. Had a scheduled ob appt today for my 8 week. Measured Two weeks behind as a fetal pole, no heartbeat, not viable. Husband is traveling. My parents are on vacation. So so sad and the bleeding is getting worse. Got a dosage of pills to take once my husband gets home so I have help with my two little ones. I know these things happen but my heart can’t handle this.
