Constant menstrual like cramps
I’m 36 weeks and for the past 3/4 days I’ve been having dull aches in my abdomen and the middle of my back, and I used to get this days before I started my period until it ended. It’s not painful but I’ve had it constantly, warm baths don’t soothe it and I refuse to take paracetamol!
I’m guessing my body has taken another step to prepare me and baby for labor, but I’m definitely not close. Anyone else experience these aches? Thanks
