Starting a walking regimen to prepare body physically for labor ... 31 weeks 5 days
I am thinking to start @ 32 weeks on Friday.
I have been so inactive this pregnancy, my job doesn’t require much physical and id like to prepare my body to dilate naturally ...
thinking of incorporating like 10-15 mins on treadmill each day ...
possibly moving it up as the weeks pass.
thoughts ?
anyone wanna join me as a contingency partner?
