Shoulder pain?

Question

I’m about 5 weeks and have LEFT shoulder pain when I breathe. It’s also in my lung. I’ve read it could be trapped wind? Anyone else dealt with this? I could use peace of mind.
Update. Went to ER. It was a collapsed lung /:

I had this but it was an ectopic pregnancy. Are you having any other symptoms? Spotting.... Dizzy

I know this is weird. But it is possible they didnt check your tubes. And it is possible to have one baby in your tube and one on the uterus..... Do you know 100 percent without a doubt the looked at your tubes. If not call the doc and ask. Ectopic can be fatal.
