I’ve been trying to wash my hair less because apparently washing your hair everyday is very bad for you hair.

But I keep breaking out in acne on my scalp and also getting very bad dandruff. It doesn’t go away unless I wash my hair everyday. It’s almost as if I have to wash my hair like I wash my face because it seems that when I don’t... this happens and it’s like major cystic acne on my scalp. It’s insane

I also don’t understand how not washing my hair is causing my scalp to be even more dry. I’m really tired of my scalp right now🙄

Edit: yes of course I wash it all out. If I feel like anything is left in my hair I will get back in the shower and rinse it all out.
