So confused !

Ladies please help I woke up this morning to use the bathroom and I just took ovulation test just for fun I was shocked that I came back positive right away the app told that I ovulated on the 9 th and I took the test that day and the line was somewhat dark but not like this my fear is that we didn’t have much sex for this day I’m just so confused has this happened to anyone else ?

P.S what are my chances this moth to conceive?
