Baby girl genital hygiene - how should i clean her private parts?

Dear ladies,
I have a 3 month old daughter. Lately there has been a foul smell coming from her private part - I don't think its the usual urine smell. Also creamish discharge (I have heard discharge is normal). Would any of you all be able to advise on this. I wash her private parts from front to back always. Not sure if this is an yeast infection.

That kind of discharge is not normal for a baby.  She needs to be evaluated by her pediatrician.

Oh lordy idk but front to back is the right thing to do! If you want, call the nurse line for assistance. The number should be on the back of your insurance card. They usually are 24hrs. Good luck!
