So I just had a regular 2D ultrasound at 28weeks, and we got the famous face-on head shot printed. Now that I’m looking at it I may be overanalyzing but what is the black hole on her face (besides the eye ones)? Anyone have this on an US and find out it’s normal?

It looks like what would normally be the mouth but why so tilted to the side? Maybe she was turning?
