The green one because it appears to have a sherpa lining. The other also has a fleece lining but it’s thinner. With the sherpa lining, it’ll wick away sweat and help regulate her body temp and keep her warm and comfortable in cold weather!

That is so expensive for a children's coat I thought I had a bad at $40 at target. I personally dont like the print of the green one. The green looks warmer. Maybe just ask her when she is wearing the silver one if it is warm enough or if she is still cold.

Look and see what they are filled with! You can’t tell from pics. Down filled are awesome- we use the hi loft 600 down and 550 down north face with a fleece underneath! Something like that would be my best choice. But definitely check and see what they are filled with 😉

Green. Or I saw you said you have the silver one. If it's a real cold day put a hoodie underneath . That way she can take the big coat off inside and still be warm in her hoodie. Schools are usually cold in the winter. Not sure why. Probably all the doors always being opened and closed.
