I’m 39+3 today. Have an appointment later this afternoon and hoping the midwife will check me and sweep my membranes! This morning I woke up to use the bathroom and when I wiped there was some blood. I’ve been cramping on and off all morning! So I’m hoping for good news today!

Had my check up today, the midwife said from what she could tell I was only 1 cm dilated.. and she couldn’t tell if I was starting to thin out or not.. said I’d have some spotting the next few days but I’ve actually bled since I’ve left the dr office.. is that normal?! I’ll post a picture under as well, I wiped some clots off before the picture. I’m not my second panty liner since 3.. it’s bright red blood... I plan on calling the drs office tomorrow.
