Miscarriage or no?

So I got a faint BFP on Friday, I used the test that detects 5 days before a missed period. Yesterday, I started spotting, now it has turned to bright red blood. I passed two small clots this morning, my bleeding hasn’t really increased after the clots. It’s more like whenever I wipe. I went to the ER yesterday, my HCG quantitative was only a 10. I took another test today, and its still positive. Could I possibly have miscarried?

Im in the same thing. I took a test on saturday and AF start on monday... Today I took a test and I see a very faint line.  I dont know whats happening 😕

Any cramps? I had bleeding that looked like that two days before my bfp (became a cp). Then when I had the cp it was tons of bleeding with clots. And the worst cramps. If you have bad cramps, you could have had a chemical. But go to the doctor to be sure.

I think get advice from a doctor but I would guess it is implantation bleeding?
