Anterior Placenta
At my last OB appointment I was scared to death when the nurse couldn't find my baby girl's heartbeat with the doppler. She brought in 3 dopplers and couldn't get it on any. Finally she brought in another nurse and this nurse found the heartbeat immediately. Well I had my anatomy scan yesterday and was told I have an anterior placenta which is why it took so long to hear the heartbeat with the doppler and why I can only feel kicks really low and on the sides for now. I'm almost 19 weeks and the doctor said movement might feel a bit different for me until she is bigger. Do any of you have anterior placentas and if you do are you feeling strong movement yet?
