I had the non hormonal iud inserted about 3 weeks ago. I can’t tell if I’ve gotten my period. I’ve been spotting ever since I got it done and my spotting was a little heavier last week. My period when I was on the pill was light but I knew it was my period because I never spotted before. Now I have no idea. How long am I going to be spotting for? I haven’t had sex since because I feel so gross.
