So I feel like a complete idiot! I was put on the estradiol patch a week before my FET. The instructions say to change the patch every 3 days so that’s what I’ve been doing (I’m on patch #4 now).

This morning I watched a video to do my progesterone shot and this lady had 4 patches on her tummy!! I’ve been removing my old patch and replacing it with a new one did I just ruin my chances? I’m devastated. My clinic is closed so I will not hear back till tomorrow. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
