Clothes advice?

This is my second pregnancy.. my first baby was 8 pounds so obviously she fit right into her newborn clothes.. They say the average is 6 pounds for twins or smaller. I was wondering if y’all got premie clothes or just stuck with all newborn? 🤔

My boys were in premie clothes for about 3 weeks so I didn’t get a lot. About 10 sleepers

I haven’t bought any premie. I’m just taking newborn outfits to the hospital. If they do end up being premie size I’m just going to give my mil or sis money and send them to get a few premie outfits.

I needed preemie by my babies were teeny tiny. 3.15 and 5.2lbs. Were in preemie for about a month.

I haven't bought any pre mie. My son was almost 10 pounds and he didn't fit into much for newborn. I bought more newborn for the twins. However, I am 33 weeks and they are both measuring over 5 pounds. So I'm not concerned with trying to buy premie clothes.

We had one onesie for each twin that was preemie size in case. They ended up being 4.13 so they wore preemie clothes for a good month. We had to go out and buy all the preemie boy outfits we could find because NICU changed them frequently and treat all clothing worn for 5 minutes as “soiled” and make you go wash them. They wore newborn from one month up to 2 and a half months old and then started fitting into 0-3 months and 3 months. They also wore newborn socks up until a few days ago (11 weeks old). They now have to wear the 0-6 month socks 😱 they are growing so fast!

My girls were born at 35 weeks and have been in preemie clothes for about 4 weeks. They are just now starting to fit in newborn clothes. They weighed 5 lbs and 4 lb 15 oz at birth.
