Do I need to get urgent care? Baby is 7 week old and been a bit off today

My son had that as a baby. He had sensitive skin and I had to switch lotions and laundry soap. He was fine. As long as baby is breathing fine has no fever and isn’t crying uncontrollably I would call for an apt with the pediatrician
