I always wear chapstick so they’re never really chapped the first pic was after I woke up washed my face & all

Edit- Will be reading comments, I always use “Chapstick” never had anything like this happen before I’ve used the black one, pink one, currently are and have been using the blue packaged one

Edit- also unsure as to when I started using the blue one and if I was using it in August🤔 I’ve never had a cold sore so that’s why I’m unsure as to what it is, when I have the chance I’ll buy a different Chapstick and see if anything changes

Edit- I think my lips started to get red and get bumps/‘dry’ patches in July or a little before that
