Milk won’t let down for the first time
I gave birth on Sunday, and my milk started to come in early yesterday. My breasts are extremely engorged and hard, and I’m able to express milk out of my nipples. I have not experienced a let down yet though, and I’m in a lot of pain. Any tips? My baby is definitely getting milk but the let down won’t happen and I desperately need it to.
