I have it on both of my hands. Had it for months now. It’s only red after the shower

Looks like my dermatitis. It only flares up every once in awhile and will go away on its on. But sometimes heat, sweat and cleaning products is what flares it up for me!

Dyshidrotic eczema. Keep it moisturized and dry. The only other thing to do is let it run its course
