Ideas for weight loss


Okay ladies! I'm in need of some help and ideas, I'm currently 201lbs I would like to get down to 140-145ish, I have a hard time losing weight due to the fact of well I just like food, and I'm simply out of shape. I've kinda lost self confidence in my body since I've gained weight, I've been in a relationship for 3 1/2 years, I'm looking to look better for myself and gain back some confidence. I'm looking for any advice, tips or tricks anyone has to offer!
