Anyone hear with heart issue have a healthy pregnancy

The Dr scared me when I want in

For starters I am overweight from pcos and I have a pacemaker because of heart issues inherited in my family I have ventricular tachycardia which I'm not on medication for and I know heart palpitations are normal during pregnancy but it's scary when it happens

Anyone here know what I'm talking about
