Cramping a week after IUD insertion?

Hello ladies! I'm new to the IUD obviously. Walked into planned parenthood and was like hey I want an IUD.

Well I did some research and knew that I would like the IUD better then birth control. Didn't know that bitch would hurt so much being put in. I haven't had kids yet so that was why it hurt so bad.

Anyways, I'm on the Liletta IUD and it's been about a week since it's been put in. Maybe a little less. I'm feeling some sharp cramps and I'm barely spotting. The cramps come and go, but I was just wondering, is this normal? The cramps are pretty uncomfortable.
