Got into an accident bout 25-30 minutes ago and while I’m here waiting to get our car towed, my stomach is burning is this related to the accident? Or just coincidence? A little pain in my chest somewhere between cold air in lungs and heartburn

Edit: I’m stuck waiting two hours for a tow truck and no ride to doctor or hospital and there isn’t one close by to me
