Positive at 8 DPO!?? Am I dreaming?

I just took this test. It’s the night of 8 dpo. Both showed up within time frame. Yesterday I had mild cramping early in the morning and noticed a little brown tinged CM, and today my boobs are really sore. Has anyone else gotten a positive at 8 dpo?? Just needing a little reassurance 😬
