Iud removal

I got my idu removed 11/07/18 I have now 2 kids and am trying to get pregnant had sex every day after removal for 2 weeks and had my period 11/28/18 I’m having a lot of discharge but all pregnancy test are still negative!!! Not sure if it’s just too soon to tell if I’m pregnant or what!!!
