TTC for a year

God not give you a baby if you aren’t meant to be with someone.
I have 2 kids from a previous relationship of 11 yrs. I recently got married going on 8 months me and my husband have been TTC and nothing. He does have clear semen /when he cums. He does suffer from Stress ,depression and bipolar disorder
And low testosterone. He takes tramadol twice a day.
