Most of the time a mother ask how to self induce and the 1st comment is the complete opposite. Well let me give you a little background on why I'm trying to self induce. My due date is Jan 7th via csection. My doctor has told me if I can go into labor on my own prior to that due date he will let me try for a VBAC, but he doesnt induce for VBACS and he doesn't want me going past 39wks. Otherwise he will be preforming another csection. Labor was really tough on my body (didnt & still dont understand why) it just was doing the opposite of what it was supposed to do & I had no idea/no symptoms of anything going wrong. Neways. I was extremely active with my 1st, walked miles a day, hiked, worked out, did deep squats, ate properly, even a little sex. This time I took it easy just because I thought maybe I put to much on my body so I walk maybe half a mile if that a day, I rest a lot, dance few times a week, some light stretching & I do daily chores other than that I take it easy. Oh I'm also drinking the Raspberry Leaf Tea, but other than that any advice on what I should do to maybe relax my uterus & body and possibly help labor come naturally as possible?
