Early period - Confused
Usually I have a cycle of 28-30 days and period lasts for 4 days(4th day being the lightest), however this time my period started on 26th day. First two days were heavy/normal flow and suddenly third day it is very light(more of pink). This has never occurred to me before.
This month only different thing I did was to include eggs daily in my breakfast.
Anyone had similar experience ?
