Spotting

So I literally had sex a week ago and somehow ended up bleeding. Maybe it was cause I had just started birth control or he just went a bit too hard but I thought if it were some irritation, it should go away in a couple days. Since then I’ve been spotting and I just finished a workout to find blood again. My bf is clean so I don’t think I got anything. I just finished my period two weeks ago and I’m worried. Has anyone had this happen and if so how did they treat it?
