Is caffeine bad for fertility??

I love to grab a mocha through Starbucks everyday (or whatever coffee shop is around me). Obviously not the healthiest... I have PCOS and am TTC

I’d be more worried about all that sugar. If you need caffeine try switching to tea or black coffee.

Use the same rules as you would during pregnancy. No more than 200mg of caffeine which is about the amount of caffiene in a 12 oz cup of coffee. As long as you're only having one coffee drink a day you should be fine.

My OB said it does and to not have anything with a lot caffeine. Tea is fine.
