Should I take a day off work for no real reason?

Been really worn out and emotional.  Im 21 weeks.  Been trying to save my time but I have over 2 weeks

It’s called a mental health day. Sometimes you just need to take a break

Ive been thinking of taking one too. Im only 13 weeks but we have been SLAMMED at work and I havent missed a day probably since June. I would love a day just to sleep lol. Like others have said, its perfectly fine to take a day for yourself! Especially if you have the PTO. :)
