PreE or not?!

For the past week or so, I’ve been dizzy, seeing white twinkly shooting star kinda things. Nauseous, crampy, lower back pain, sometimes pain under my boobs.
To top it off, my feet are swelling a bit now too.
I know some of it can be normal late pregnancy symptoms, but some can be Preeclampsia symptoms too.
I check my blood pressure at home and it’s always been normal.
What could this be?
Should I call in?

I had all those and my BP checked out fine. They checked the protein in my urine just in case and it was high so they sent me to L&D. I ended up having high BP at the hispital so they kept me for 24 hours. Half the time my BP was high like 150/95 and the rest of the time it was 114-128/75-85. They decided I was good enough to go home but they're going to induce me this Saturday at 38 weeks. It's a good thing because I checked my BP periodically yesterday and at one point it shot up to 169/99 which is crazy for me. I ate a clove of garlic and relaxed for a while and it came back down to 148/76.
Go ahead and have them check your urine and see what they say.

I would get checked just in case, since so many of the symptoms you're experiencing can be also signs of pre-eclampsia as you said yourself. 😊 Let's hope it's normal pregnancy symptoms instead, but better safe than sorry. 🤞🏻
I had swelling in my hands, ankles and face plus a horrible (but not continuous) headache last weekend as well as rapid weight gain. Got checked on Monday for a peace of mind and no pre-eclampsia. The nurse reassured me that it's better to come to the clinic to check the blood pressure and the urine test a little too often and get a negative result, than stressing about it daily, or actually developing pre-eclampsia and not getting checked.
Does your nurse/hospital have the urine tests available to take back home, so you could check the protein in the urine by yourself if you get nervous again?

I was feeling the same way but my blood pressure was normal and just normal "been on my feet too long" swelling. At my last appointment my doc had me leave a urine sample and they ran a culture and came back negative. I would call in if you're concerned or just mention it at your next appointment!
