I am wondering if anyone can put my mind at ease?

I have recently come off the pill, having my first period 4 weeks later

I am mid way through my cycle post my first period after stopping

Had a positive ovulation test on 8th December.

This morning got up to light spotting, thought ovulation bleeding /implantation bleeding but the timings don't seem to add up..

A few hours later I went to the loo to find a lot more blood, like I was on my period...

Could this by my period or what?! Kinda nervous, never had anything like this before!
