Why are my nipples dry, cracked, and itchy? I’m not pregnant or breastfeeding, nor have I ever. So why are they so dry and how can I get it to go away?

It could be the cold weather drying your sensitive areas out. Hot water will also dry your skin out. You can use coconut oil, lanolin, or Vaseline. Don't be afraid of using nipple cream for nursing mom's they work the best.

Wintertime dry skin try a good lotion or vaseline stay away from lotions with lots of fragrance as it might sting

This is happening to me rn too 😂 Im like “babe my nipples are like, chapped”? He’s “they need to be licked more” lol... i use body lotion on them and invested in a small humidifier for the bedroom at night it’s helped a lot.
