Please help me understand about heart attacks! I do not have any heart or health problems and I am 31 years old. I don't have any family history of heart disease. I been told I could have a heart attack and be healthy. I have been up all night thinking about this off and on. it's been underneath my skin since my husband great aunt passed away in her sleep yesterday morning but she was 80 years old and had altiztimers and other health problems. I was told she was a smoker too!
