I was exclussively pumping and mine came back at almost 7 weeks

7 weeks post pregnancy, breastfeeding, got period yesterday. I’m so upset. I’m terrified this will affect my supply. I’m going to be doing a lot of pumping to be sure I can build a stash just in case.

Im 8 1/2 weeks pp and my dr says its probably not my period but I think he's wrong lol 🤷‍♀️ and I am ebf
